Thinking of J.C. Dahl, seven mosses and some branches, Galleri Kronborg 2016
  Moss species, string and branches
Gallery Kronborg is a small gallery on a mountain in Bergen. The surroundings made me think of the landscape painters during the
period of national romance in Norway. J. C. Dahl was born in Bergen, and I started to reflect on the identity- project
that the painting of landscapes evoked at that time.
My work consisted of mosses gatherd from the surroundings. The site became a significant part of the work. The Gallery space
is tiny and the room has no door. It is roughly built of stone and integrated in the landscape. The outdoor and indoor spaces
became important aspects of this exhibition.
